Access & permissions
Access conditions
Access to a business function requires all of the following:
- User is logged in.
- Account is active.
- Belongs to the correct tenant.
- Tenant is not blocked.
- Assigned to the relevant company (unless authorized profile).
- Company is active.
- Module is active in the company.
- Effective permission is sufficient for the action.
Permission levels
| Level | Functional use | Limit |
|---|---|---|
none | No access | Module is hidden or denied |
reader | Consultation | No creation or modification |
contributor | Standard creation and modification | No advanced administration |
manager | Operational management | Access to some sensitive actions per module |
admin | Module administration | Maximum level within the company/module scope |
Effective permission
The effective permission is the level actually retained by SILI.
It corresponds to the highest level between the user's individual permission and permissions inherited from their groups.
Rule: Removing a direct permission does not always remove access if the user inherits a permission via a group.
