HR module
General path: Company space > HR
The HR module covers employees, contracts, documents, attendance, leave, payroll, pre-payroll, HR portal and reports.
Employees
Path: Company space > HR > Employees
Required: Last name, First name. Optional: gender, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, address, email, phone, position, department, hire date, contract type, base salary, annual leave days, status.
An employee can exist with or without a user account.
Contracts & history
Path: Company space > HR > Employees > Employee file
Check: contract type, dates, position, department, base salary, changes in situation.
Employee documents
Path: Company space > HR > Employees > Documents
Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG. Maximum size may be limited.
Document types: national ID, passport, social security, diploma, contract or other.
Attendance & leave
Paths:
- Company space > HR > Attendance
- Company space > HR > Portal (simplified use)
For a leave request, check:
- leave type,
- start date and end date,
- number of hours if hourly leave,
- reason,
- optional supporting document.
Automatic checks:
- end date must be equal to or after start date,
- an approved or pending leave must not overlap the period,
- leave balance may block an annual leave request.
TIP
Leave can use multi-level validation depending on the HR configuration.
Payroll & pre-payroll
Path: Company space > HR > Payroll
Manage or download documents related to employees. Files must comply with accepted formats and sizes.
Pre-payroll variables are used to prepare variable elements before editing payroll documents.
HR Portal
Path: Company space > HR > Portal
Allows simplified use: time tracking, consultation, leave request depending on configuration.
A portal PIN can be configured. It must contain exactly 4 digits if this rule is required.
HR report
Path: Company space > HR > Report or Company space > Reports > HR
