Functional organization

SILI is built on several nested levels.

Level	Functional role
Platform	Global supervision of the SaaS service
Tenant / client space	Private environment of a client organization
Company	Operational entity within the client space
User	Personal account linked to a client space
Group	Set of users sharing rights
Module	Functional domain activatable per company
Permission	Access level granted to a user or group

Role 1 — Platform super administrator

Manages the global platform. Handles tenants, quotas, system modules, BI reports, diagnostic tools, error logs and platform support tickets.

Reserved for platform operations. Not for a client's daily business use.

Role 2 — Tenant administrator

Manages the client space: companies, users, assignments, roles, modules, permissions, groups, backups and support tickets.

Acts within their client space. Must not see other tenants.

Role 3 — Business user

Works in authorized companies and modules. Scope depends on company assignment, active modules and effective permission.

Company role

• company_admin: local administrator or manager of the company.
• company_user: business user of the company.

Complements module permissions. Does not replace them.

Rule: Allocated storage must stay within the tenant's available capacity.

Rules: A business user must be assigned to at least one company. The number of active users may be limited by the license quota. Deactivation preserves history without keeping the account active.
