The Stock module covers items, movements, inventories, alerts, reports and item cards.

Items

Path: Company space > Stock > Items

Required: Reference, Description. Optional: category, unit, prices, thresholds.

Item card

Path: Company space > Stock > Items > Item card

View: general information, available stock, prices, thresholds, movements, history, alerts.

Quick movement

Path: Company space > Stock > Movements

Required: item, movement type (in or out), positive quantity. Optional: unit price, reason.

WARNING

An outflow may be refused if stock is insufficient. Falling below threshold may notify stock managers.

Inventory

Path: Company space > Stock > Inventory

Process:

1. Create an inventory session (title required).
2. Enter counted quantities.
3. Analyze discrepancies.
4. Validate only after review.

Validation may generate adjustment movements.

Alerts

Path: Company space > Stock > Alerts

Alerts identify items that are out of stock, below minimum stock or near a critical threshold. They are used to prepare replenishments.
